Beta Test Program
Our beta test program is designed for us to get real customer feedback in a short amount of time. In doing so we offer the product for free, as long as the customer promised to provide adequate feedback on the product. We may charge a small setup fee, depending on the product we are beta testing. If the customer does not provide feedback within the time allotted we will de-activate the software, and the testing customer will no longer have access to the software, until feedback is given. By doing this, it allows our system to not be bogged down with inactive accounts that are not being used. Furthermore our customers who are presently using the software can experience a high performance, smooth automation workflow for their clients.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring bases.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
